Why focus on the season instead of the whole year?
The Reset Ritual is all about taking small, regular escapes to check in with our minds, rest our bodies, and rejuvenate our souls. A quarterly approach makes it easier to avoid burnout, stay flexible and relevant with our intentions, focus on progress not perfection, and achieve goals without overwhelm—all while harnessing the energy of the seasons.
How long will the DIY Retreat take?
While the kits follow an itinerary, it can also be a choose-your-own-adventure experience that fits into your schedule. If you choose to follow along in one sitting, expect the DIY Retreat to take about 2-4 hours depending on how fast you move through it.
What kind of equipment do I need?
All you need is the kit, a pen and perhaps a notebook. You can open up the PDFs on your computer or device or print them out. Either way, I highly recommend writing by hand as it improves memory, creativity, and is more therapeutic than typing. Each kit also includes a prep list of other items that will enhance the experience. Many of them you’d have around the house anyway.
Do I have to buy all four kits for it to make sense?
All four kits (as they are available throughout the year) work together to create a framework for a year of self-care, self-discovery, and living with intention. However, each kit works totally well on its own and can be used or reused throughout the year.
When will all of the kits be available?
In 2021, a new kit will launch at the beginning of each season.
